Style
Choose between a standard or fancy party hat!
Standard Party Hat: Choose base glitter colour, handmade pom pom colours, trim colours and numbers/letters
Fancy Party Hat: Get everything in the standard plus add embellishments and maybe even a fancy trim! This includes flower trims, artificial flowers (small), lace butterflies, pearl trims, additional handmade glitter embellishments (e.g. sprinkles, polka dots, other shapes). Note - for XS/XXS complex handmade glitter embellishments options are more limited

Size Recommendations
Note - these are suggestions only. Please measure your dog to confirm best size for them as sizing should be based on the room available on the top of their head. For example dogs with pointy ears will have less space on their heads so may need a smaller size or you may size up if you prefer the oversized look!
XXS: Chihuahua, yorkie, small breed puppies
XS: Toy poodle, Jack Russell
Small: Toy Cavoodle, Dachshund, Moodle
Regular: Mini Cavoodle, Frenchie, Grey Hound
Large: Groodle (and other medium sized oodles), Samoyed, Australian Shepard, Labrador, Golden Retriever
XL: Great Dane, Bull Terrier

Measuring for Party Hats and Crowns
To decide on size measure across your dogs head with a ruler or tape measure (between the ears) to see what will fit best.
Sizing is really up to personal preference! I recommend regular for most pups - but if you have a bigger or teeny tiny dog then the small or large is for you.

Measuring for Flower Crowns
To decide on size measure around the circumference of your pups head (make sure to measure around the ears if pointy) using a tape measure.
The flower crown should sit on top of the head.

Elastic Length
Measure from the top of each side of the head and under the chin using a tape measure or string. Make sure not to measure around the whole head, only where the elastic will sit on the side of your dog's face. I will add an additional 5-10cm to the elastic for comfort.

Make sure to supervise pets when wearing party hats, crowns and bows to prevent damage. Our accessories are not meant for rough play and may have small items that could detach. Keep out of reach of pets/children when not in use.

Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up from Clifton Hill Vic 3068. Address will be provided via email or Instagram when your order is ready for collection
International Shipping Costs
International shipping will likely take between 2-4 weeks to arrive so please order early to avoid disappointment.
New Zealand: $13.50 standard shipping and $30.50 express shipping
United States and Canada: $21.50 standard shipping and $36 depress shipping
United Kingdom and Europe: $26.50 standard shipping
Rest of the world: $32 standard shipping
Turnaround Time
Each item is handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and processing time can be viewed on the announcement banner on the home page. Processing time is usually 5-10 business days but may be longer when major collections are first released
You can upgrade your order to priority order for an extra $14 if you need it shipped the next business day (order must be placed by 4.30pm AEST).
We ship with Australia Post for both standard and express deliveries. The delivery process is out of our control once packages are with the Australia Post, however please contact us should you have any concerns.
If an order is returned back to us due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and the original shipping won’t be refunded.
